MANY MORE PDP MEMBERS DEFECT TO APC. - JIGAWA STATE RECEIVES NEW MEMBERS

It is a fact that many more politicians have defected from the Peoples Democratic Party and moved to the ruling All Progressive Congress. Reception for the PDP decampees to APC in Jigawa State took place yesterday at the Jigawa State APC Rally in Dutse.

 

Among the decampees are former national and house of assembly members, former minister,16 Local Government Chairmen and commisioners. Dignitaries in attendance included; the national chairman of APC, Governors of Kebbi, Sokoto and Bauchi States, Minister of Trasport and speaker of the House of Reps, Yakubu Dogara, who represented the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo at the rally.

Vice- President said there was no justification for people in North-East of Nigeria to remain in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. He called on all in the north-east to join APC to build the nation together.

 

This is a juicy call. i'm sure many more politicians will respond  because they are masters in protecting their interest, and the ruling party could offer a lot.  I'm okay with which ever party they want to belong as long as they join hands to build Nigeria.
