the African leaders who are in India for the 3rd summit of the Indian-Africa forum were all dressed in  Indian attire. President Buhari of Nigeria is 5th from right (front row). President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe at d center front row is the odd one out, not surprisingly, I have to say.
