Breakfast has been said to be the most important meal of the day. And the most important thing about breakfast is that you put something in your stomach within 1 hr of your waking up.
Like most people i naturally do not feel the urge to eat within 3 hrs of my waking up. But, more often than not, i can handle a bowl of mixed fruits, glass of smoothie or just munch any available fruit.
It is better to eat a clean and light breakfast, as this will help your body transition from the fasting state to a eating state. i know you hear stuff like, 'eat breakfast like a king'.
