  Ok this, I do every morning, effortlessly because it has become a lifestyle, a lifesaver. I enjoy it.
 Drinking water in an empty stomach  in the morning can be of tremendous health benefit to the body. It  has been proven to cure several health conditions without need for medicine.


The organs of the body need water to function smoothly and be in good health. When you drink water in an empty stomach in the morning, it kick starts you organs. Most of the time you will experience movement of bowel, and eliminating toxins and waste through urine and poo is a good way to start the day. This way you prevent constipation and your organs stay hydrated and functional.

It boosts your body with energy, eliminating fatique and the feeling of morning sleep, leaving you awake and ready to take the day.

Drinking water in an empty stomach helps prevent diseases because it  helps minimise the harmful effects of some substances such as alcohol, tobacco, pollution, junk food, among others. and boosts metabolism( which is ideal for weight loss) as you start your day.

Drinking 2-3 glasses of water in the morning helps to maintain our  overall good health because it helps us maintain the lymphatic system health, the intestinal transit. It helps us to control cortisol, and defends us against infections.


 Drink at least 3 glasses of water on empty stomach to help  reduce the level of acidity in your stomach and the cramps that can cause you gastritis and other stomach problems. This i should know. I use to have this burning and nauseating  sensation in the upper stomach. Very discomforting, but  when i  consistently drank water first thing in the morning, it all went away. 

Drinking water in an empty stomach in the morning consistently, also helps to burn fat in the stomach, combats bloating and gives you a flatter belly.
